Service requests
If a simplified recovery for the first group of public building or part thereof, a second or third team building or part thereof, the person who proposed the construction accepted in part I shall submit a completed receipt card (see form „The bearer card – Part I”) and shall be accompanied by documents required:
• an explanatory description of the planned construction intention;
• Graphical document showing the buildings or parts thereof of any changes that you plan and / or planned uses of the building or group of premises;
• property, possession or use the certificate of authority;
• harmonisation with the owners of buildings or parts thereof;
• The person who proposed the construction of office, where the applicant has no intention documentation of ownership, possession or usage rights;
• other documents, authorisations or consents to, if it is determined by regulatory enactments.
Supporting card and intention documentation be prepared for submission of the three original copies of the building. One copy is intended for storage building, but the other two are destined for a person who proposed the construction and design of a developer.
