Rental of premises (Gulbenes municipality youth centre “Basis”)

Process description

1. Service requests
   The recipient of the service shall turn to the service provider in person, on the telephone or in e-mail with a desire to lease the premises.

2. Service Processing
   The employee of the institution shall register the recipient and prepare the invoice.

3. Service Fee Information
   The recipient of the service shall pay the service in conformity with the binding rules “Fee services in the professional direction education institutions of the Gulbenes municipality and youth centres”
   Large room: EUR 7.10 + VAT/h, EUR 35.57 + VAT/day
   Music room: EUR 2.84 + VAT/h, EUR 14.23 + VAT/day
   Workshop room: EUR 5.68 + VAT/h, EUR 28.45 + VAT/day

4. Receipt of services
   The recipient of the service shall have access to the room and time he or she chooses.
