Printed matter ordering and reservations (Gulbenes county library and its departments)

Process description

1. Service requests
   The service can be requested by the registered Gulbene County Library Reader:
   - by phone at the library during the work,
   - by e-mail;
   - electronically using the Gulbene Regional Library Collective Catalog (previously authorized);
   - or on-site in the library and in departments.

2. Service Processing
   Electronic printed matter reservation orders are reviewed every working day at 11.00. The others - it entered.

3. Receipt of services
   The booked expenses are received on-site within 2 days from the moment of booking confirmation, in the selected library or library unit where the reservation was made.
