Permit non-citizens to acquire immovable property (pašvaldiba Gulbenes county)

Process description

1. Service requests
   A person shall submit a submission to the municipality self-government and indicate the objective of further use of land. A true copy of a deed of transaction shall be attached to the submission.

2. Service Processing
   Municipality self-government shall examine the submission. If the land for future use target, as indicated in the application is not in contradiction with the municipality self-government or territorial planning, the municipality self-government local planning 20 working days shall give consent for acquisition of land ownership.

3. Receipt of services
   Consent for acquisition of land ownership is shall be drawn up as a statement. As a result of the transaction shall also be indicated in the statement to be acquired in ownership of land use. The transaction deed shall be valid in the Land Registry only if accompanied by the said certified statement.
