The technical documentation for the co-financing of multi-apartment residential house - 50% of the technical dossier development costs, but not more than EUR 1500,00.

Documents shall be submitted for co-financing by 2 parts:
1) project application with annexes;
2) of the receiving application with annexes.

The evaluation and decision making of the first subparagraph, the term of up to 45 days. The second part - up to 20 working days.

The applicant must satisfy the following criteria:
1. the total area of a multi-apartment residential house is more than 200 m2;
2. non-residential premises shall not cover more than 25% of the total area;
3. the house is divided into no fewer than 4 apartment properties;
4. one person owns not more than 25% of the total number of properties.
5. the house is in possession of the house of apartment owners or management of the authorisation agreement has been entered into, or a house is managed by former manager;
6. the owners of the management fees and other related basic services for the payment debt does not exceed 15% of the total estimated management and basic service charge amount for a residential house for the last 12 months;
7. the owners of immovable property tax debt does not exceed 15% of the tax year in total real estate tax amounts.

Process description

  1. Service requests
    To log on to perform energy audits for the granting of co-financing of a multi-apartment residential house apartment owners with plenipotentiary person shall submit to the project application, which consists of the project application and possible adjoining documents:
    1) a copy of the cadastral survey file that contains information about the total area of a multi-apartment residential house (the "Construction explication");
    2) of the residential house apartment owners, a decision regarding the elaboration of technical documentation;
    3) an estimate for the preparation of technical documentation;
    4) certified energy auditor designed buildings energy audit report (copy);
    5) the technical survey opinion (copy);
    6) of a multi-apartment residential house apartment owners trustee – the joint property of a multi-apartment residential house administration contract or the document, which it shall be replaced (copy);

  2. Service apstrāde-1
    The evaluation and approval of the application until 45 days.

  3. Service apstrāde-2
    A multi-apartment residential house apartment owners with the mediation of a plenipotentiary for co-financing the development of the technical documentation shall be submitted to the development of the technical documentation, applications for co-financing, together with the following documents:
    1) a contract regarding the elaboration of the technical dossier (copy);
    2) the dispatch of the card or construction permits, in which an entry for design conditions (copy, presenting the original).

  4. Receipt of services
    After the submission of evaluation and approval of cofinancing (up to 20 working days) the co-financing rate is paid to plenipotentiary on the current account indicated by the person in the bank.
