Service requests
Recipients of services comes face to face a civil one. At the time of service requests:
1. subject to presentation of a personal identification document - the original;
2. submit an application, indicating the civil status registry entry correction, supplementation, renewal or the reason for cancellation;
3. the registry changes to the supporting documents or their notarised copies – the originals;
4. the need to make changes to documents - originals;
5. a receipt of payment of state fee - to be submitted to the originalInformation about service charges
